Q: Can I personalize my order?
Absolutely! Many of our notepads can be customized with your name, title, or favorite quote. Customization options are listed on each product page. If you have a special request, just reach out — we love bringing your ideas to life!
Q: How long do custom orders take to make?
Custom items typically take 3–5 business days to design, print, and package before shipping. Each item is handmade in-house, so we take care to ensure every detail is perfect.
Q: Can I order in bulk for events or businesses?
Yes! We offer wholesale and bulk discounts for businesses, events, and gift boxes. Email us at hello@thrivingstationery.com to get a custom quote and digital catalog.
Shipping & Processing
Q: How long does shipping take?
Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 3–5 business days (U.S. orders). You’ll receive tracking info once your package is on the way.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
Not yet — but we’re working on it! For now, shipping is available throughout the U.S.
Q: My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
First, double-check your address and contact your local post office — sometimes packages are marked delivered a day early. If it still doesn’t show up after 2 days, email us at hello@thrivingstationery.com and we’ll help you track it down.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: Do you accept returns?
Because our items are made-to-order, we don’t accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll gladly replace or fix it right away — just contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we can make changes. Please email us within 24 hours of placing your order to request a change or cancellation.
