Shipping policy

At Thriving Stationery, every order is handmade with care from our Pennsylvania studio. We want your stationery to arrive quickly, safely, and beautifully packaged — because happy mail should feel special.

Processing Time

All products are made-to-order. Please allow 3–5 business days for standard items and 5–7 business days for custom designs to be created and packaged before shipping.

Shipping Timeframes

Once shipped, delivery usually takes:

  • 3–5 business days within the U.S.

  • (International shipping coming soon!)

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you haven’t received tracking details after 7 business days, feel free to reach out to hello@thrivingstationery.com.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the order size and location. All packages include tracking.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package leaves our studio, it’s in the hands of the carrier. If your order is marked delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact your local post office first. If it still can’t be located after 2 business days, email us — we’ll do everything we can to help you resolve it.

Local Pickup / Delivery

At this time, we do not offer local pickup or delivery, but we occasionally host local pop-up events where you can shop in person — follow us on Instagram @ThrivingStationery for updates!
